At Distinct Treasures, we aim to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. This policy explains your rights regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.

  1. Personalised & Made-to-Order Items

Many of our products are personalised or made to order.

Due to the nature of these items, personalised or custom-made products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

I am not responsible for errors in personalisation where incorrect information has been provided by the customer. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.

Orders cannot be cancelled or amended once production has started.

  1. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographic evidence where possible

I will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

  1. Non-Personalised Items

Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 working days.

  1. Incorrect Delivery Details

I cannot refund or replace items that are lost due to incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
