This policy explains how we process, dispatch, and deliver orders from Distinct Treasures.

Many of our products are personalised or made to order.

Estimated processing times are:

  • Personalised items: 2–7 working days
  • Non-personalised items: 1–3 working days

During busy periods, processing times may be extended.

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom.

  1. Delivery Methods & Costs

I use trusted delivery partners including Royal Mail, Evri, and DPD.

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and typically range from £2.95 to £4.95 depending on order size and delivery method.

  1. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times apply after your order has been dispatched:

  • UK Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days
  • UK Express Delivery: 1–2 working days

Total delivery time = processing time + delivery time.

Total estimated delivery time is typically 3–12 working days depending on the item and delivery option selected

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.

While I aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control such as courier issues, weather conditions, or incorrect delivery details.
