1. Order Processing Times
Many of our products are personalised or made to order.
Standard processing times are:
- Personalised items: 2–7 working days
- Non-personalised items: 1–3 working days
During busy periods, processing times may be longer.
2. Delivery Methods
We use a range of trusted delivery partners such as:
- Royal Mail
- Evri
- DPD
- Other reputable couriers
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Typical delivery timeframes:
- UK Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days after dispatch
- UK Express Delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch
Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
4. Delays
We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by:
- Courier backlogs
- Strikes
- Weather conditions
- Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
5. Missing Parcels
If a parcel is lost in transit, we will:
- Investigate with the courier
- Offer a replacement or refund once the courier confirms the loss
